Payment of Chapter dues is a membership obligation and constitutes an official organizational business transaction, not a personal financial exchange between members.
Consistent with standard business practices and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.'s use of electronic payment processing, Beta Psi Lambda utilizes Stripe to facilitate secure, transparent, and accountable dues collection.
Electronic payment processing fees are customary operating expenses associated with responsible financial administration. Stripe's standard processing fee is approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, or $7.55 on annual Chapter dues of $250.
Processing Fee Options: Members may voluntarily cover the applicable processing fee or elect to have the Chapter absorb the expense. Either option satisfies the member's dues obligation.
This payment structure supports the Chapter's commitment to financial transparency, operational efficiency, and sound organizational governance.
