A national partnership forged in 1980 with the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation is designed to provide education and to host events centered in serious conversation with males between the ages of ages 12 to 15 dealing with responsibility, relationships, the realities of teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. In addition to activities where Brothers interface directly with teenage participants in educational workshops, Project Alpha provides young men throughout the community with the most up-to-date and informative literature about teen pregnancy prevention and STDs.
